		<description>Next time you want to add cucumber, seed and grind it in finely in the food processor or food mill and strain it through cheese cloth.  Use the juice as some of your liquid in your recipe such as replacing goat milk.  You can add some of the veggie if you want be be careful it can discolor as it cures, especially if the cuke isn&#039;t ground fine enough.</description>
