I love it–if you aren’t as big a fan of extra-tart lemony-ness as I am, substitute orange juice for half the lemon juice or increase the sugar to 2/3 cup.

Thanks for sharing this. I have a lot of Blueberries from my husband’s co-worker. He’s been giving us a tub full every week and kids are tired of eating Blueberry cobbler. I will definitely try this recipe.
