		<description>My fam loves these biscuits!  I&#039;ve been making them for a while, but since I started soaking my grains, I&#039;ve modified them  to include the soaking step.  I cut in the butter (and/or coconut oil), mix in the yogurt (or buttermilk) and milk and then soak for 12-24 hrs before gently mixing in the leavening and baking.  They&#039;re good enough to stand alone, but are soooo yummy with butter and jelly!  Thanks for a great recipe!  Not all of my favs have been so easy to modify for soaking.</description>
