Step Two: Rip up a bunch and stuff it in the nesting box.
Step Three: Pat self on back for ordering Red Star chicks that lay even during ice storms.
Step Four: Realize that stuffing grass in a box is not that long of a post and show off hilarious chicken ladder made from model fencing (or railroad tracks? Hubby has LOTS of weird stuff like this around.)
