This is the ‘danger’ of lasagna gardening from stuff you find on your neighbors’ curbs. Things that looked dead…aren’t. Anyone know what those spikes are sticking up out of my vinca bed?

Hi Ivory,
I have just ventured onto your site, and I have to say “WOW!”, you and T.L. are lots of fun and great with the how-to’s. I have all ready learned lots.
Looking at the date of your post you probably know what the spikey things are, but just in case no one shared with you, (and if I’m looking at the right thing) they are flag iris, and if they are happy where they are you will hopefully have a great display when they get situated.
