		<description>I always make pancakes like this.  My favorite is to take left over cereals or bread, let it soak in some milk and a couple beaten eggs, then add all of the other stuff.  My pancakes are never the same!  Also, if syrup is in short supply, I mix juice with corn starch or flour (just like gravy).  Makes delicious hot syrup.</description>
