I had to force myself to stop from eating a whole one by myself last night (a little olive oil, a little balsamic vinegar, a little Italian seasoning, you get the idea). I lurve zucchini (don't tell the patty pan, it may get jealous). So I guess I would need about a half a dozen of these to last 3 days...sigh... I was gifted, nay, blessed with a couple of ginormous zucchini yesterday.
