The cats have discovered the new chicks.

I guess it doesn’t hurt to look.

But it gives me the heebie jeebies anyway.

Lol, that’s what I thought, too. My hen had 9 biddies and now she only has 1 thanks to the neighborhood kitties. I’ve had to line my whole coop with hardware cloth to keep those little things in, but they’re so small those little guys still find a way out. Mine are all bantums, so they’re extra small when they hatch out.
I love watching the new babies, though, don’t you?
Thanks for sharing the photos.

Your cat is so cute! I love orange tabbies!
that first picture is the best. it could be a Duckyboy postcard! truth be told, it made coffee spurt out my nose!
Be careful, those kitties are crafty characters…
kitteh wonders how to get those mcnuggets…hmm…
lorrwill–Aaah! Nervous!
Lindsay–I worry about the cats, but I’m really afraid of the raccoons.
Whit–I like the first picture, too. The neck lean, I think.
Jin–He’s a sweety.
Olyve–Yikes! Sorry about the biddies. The bantams sound adorable.
