Oh. My. Gosh, Y’all!
Our old host, as you know, shut us down every five seconds for violating the terms of the agreement about 10% CPU usage, which they “fixed” each time or apologized to us for not fixing, and then we’d be shut off again two weeks later for the same thing. Not awesome, right?
Then when we changed to the uber-awesome SERVINT.com, but further post-host issues with a little Ivory-has-no-freaking-idea-what-she’s-doing tossed in and we’re dead for a week.
So, now we’re back. What is it we do again???

Boy do I hear you on hosting problems. I freaked out because I found your blog, loved it, subscribed to the RSS feed…. then it was GONE! I’ve been meaning to leave you a comment saying I’ve totally been doing the soap + diluted vinegar rinse on my hair for the past week, and it’s a-w-e-s-o-m-e. Thanks.

YES! You’re back. I was having a complex visiting the page over and over to see if you’d return. I tried the laundry detergent and…it worked! And I would hate it if so many DIY ideas suddenly disappeared. Yes, I could find them elsewhere on the net but I like this site best!
I’m really glad you’re back up. I’d just discovered the awesomeness that is your website, and the next day, BOOM! There are a ton of DIY sites out there, but I think yours is the best. (Just looked up and saw that Ginny said the same thing.. it’s true!) I like how everything has the feel of having been written by a real person who’s done things themselves, instead of a robot transcribing a recipe. Keep up the great work!

I had just gathered everything I would need to try your ‘no-sew rag rug’ when your blog vanished (*poof!*). I searched everywhere online for something similar, but they all involve lots of sewing. (note – I HATE sewing). I had just about decided to let my cat have the basket of scraps for his own ends when you reappeared. Thank heaven! Glad you’re back.
