		<description>This reminds me of banana &quot;ice cream&quot; that a friend of mine made once:

Ingredient: frozen bananas, toppings (optional) 

Supplies: juicer

Instructions: Put the frozen bananas through the juicer.  There will not be much actual juice... however, a fantastic treat will come out of the pulp end.  This desert looks and tastes like soft-serve ice cream.  You can top with carob or chocolate chips, melted peanut butter, coconut, etc.  So delicious!</description>
