If you DIY, August is the planning time for the Fall DIY season. We need time to cure that soap and crochet those afghans. And for newbies, it’s the time for perusing the possibilities. What can I make that doesn’t require months of practice? Well, good news. I have put together a list for you. (If you want to print it out in PDF, click HERE.)
A few years back, we provided a Handmade Gift Planner to help you sort out all your DIY projects for the gifting season. This planner will still help you out, but for all our newsletter subscribers, we have a NEW SET OF WORKSHEETS. If you are a subscriber to our newsletter, check your inbox!
THANK YOU! This is exactly what I needed!
Great ideas and a timely reminder to get people started on their lists and projects now. I always think of September as my gift soap making month.
This year I will be giving baskets of homemade mozzarella, homemade pass and home grown tomato sauce. I was planning of including pesto but my kids prayed all of my herbs with bug spray and killed them 🙁
megan-that really stinks! Make sure it doesn’t happen again!
